Spanish Tortilla- A Photo Journal


Let it cook a few minutes then, with a plate, FLIP~
Cook a few minutes on the other side, but don't cook it too much, it should be spongy!







some things to note, you can add a bit of garlic, onion, or milk to your egg mix along with salt but, don't tell the Spanish I told you so. :-)
